General Information

The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the complexity of  the procedure and will be discussed with you prior to your treatment.

As a convenience to our patients, our office will fill out the necessary forms and submit them to your insurance company.  However, we consider each patient responsible for their entire account.  As most insurance companies provide coverage from 50% to 80%, we ask that you be prepared to pay your estimated portion at the time of treatment.  If your insurance payment is more or less, you will be billed or refunded accordingly.  

Our office also offers Care Credit to assist you in making your payment. You may apply for care credit at our office or at www.carecredit.com.
